We are a day-light rental studio offering the amazing natural-light exposure of four huge North and West-facing 7x11 foot window banks, set high into 18-foot ceilings. Our 1,600 sqf of space includes a massive open front room, plus loft-style elevated platform for catching the last golden rays of sunset, and an 11x5 foot loading-dock door that opens directly to the outside! We have wireless Internet, built-in kitchen and bathroom facilites, plus access to a roof with Williamsburg Bridge and midtown views. Skylight lit hallway, quick walking access to Franklin Street and Bedford-area waterfront and industrial areas add even more to this location. Located just four blocks to the Norman Avenue(Nassau) G stop and ten blocks to the Bedford L, Studio Dobbin will give you all the rich and perfect daylight you need for your next shoot.
Rate: 500$ per 9-hour day.
